Gay Marriage

Holy shite. As of to-day, gay marriage is legal in Qu�bec: the Qu�bec Appeals Court came out unanimously in favour of the Qu�bec Superior Court's earlier ruling that the two-sex definition of marriage is unconstitutional.

The interesting thing about this is that it kinda makes same-sex marriage legal across the country because you can't say that something's unconstitutional in one province but not in the others. The court judges said as much, hinting that when BC legalised gay marriage, it technically became legal everywhere in Canada.

I can't *wait* to hear what Alberta's gonna say about this...
