You know, everyone's got something to offer. Just because you're no longer dating or married to that someone, they're still the person you fell for -- or at least, that person's still there *somewhere,* right?

It's bigger than that. I mean that at any given moment, in this city and in others everywhere, there are millions of people moving and talking or sleeping; breathing, hearts pumping blood from one centimetre to the next and yadda yadda yadda, and it's a truism for sure, but everyone's got something to offer. It's other than that, too: sometimes when I'm downtown and I see so many people rushing I'm dazzled by the fact that each of them has somewhere to go.
